I have a lot of dresses. I went and counted just my dresses, and I counted 21. I might have some in the wash, too. That's not including all my dress suits (jacket and skirt combinations) or any of my skirts. I could wear a different outfit to church every week for probably 3/4 of a year without wearing the same thing twice. Almost all of them are hand-me-downs, but they are very nice hand-me-downs. Like the one I'm wearing in my avatar.

Minus my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses? I own no other dresses. [:)]

I counted 6 dresses in my closet (my wedding dress is still in my mother's sewing closet). I think all of them fit last summer but none of them fit well so unless someone gets married I leave them in the closet.

My measurements are odd so its just easier to buy skirts (yay, its warm enough to wear skirts again!) and tops separately. I wish I had more dressy tops.

I find the same thing about dresses. Most that fit well enough to buy have to be altered... but mostly they are so far off from fitting that I don't buy them.
