Good morning, Sharon-Marie. Do you know what you're going to wear to the party this afternoon?

I am doing well. I've had a lot of late nights lately and this morning, I still woke up at 8:30. I'm wondering if I'll crash tomorrow (or maybe tonight) but I've had a wonderful week. I was just putting the cards I got yesterday up on my shelf and a wave of gratitude to God swept over me. He is so good!

How has your week been?

It was alright. I was sick 2 days this week and just layed around doing nothing. It gave me time to make some decisions though.

I'm sorry you were sick but I do think sometimes that's what God uses to get us totally quiet so we can hear His voice. Were you able to totally work through the decisions you need to make?

Yes, I just have to follow through with it now.

I know. When I pray, I often ask God to give me a willingness to obey. It's not enough to know what He wants us to do; we do need to follow through.

Good morning, Sharon-Marie. Do you know what you're going to wear to the party this afternoon?

I thought maybe it was gonna be a come as you are party. Didn't know we had to dress up for the party. Sharon Marie will have to run out and buy a new hat if it's a dress up party.

I'd rather you come as you are than not come at all. I know Santa will be in work clothes. I'm not wearing anything fancy but have on a green jumper with small pink flowers and a pink cotton shirt underneath that my sisters got me. I want everyone to be comfortable but it is a party. Maybe ladies like dressing up more than men do.

I made some iced tea but if anyone would want to make lemonade or bring soda or anything else, that might be good.

Great to see you, Santa. I hope everyone shows up on time. I thought I should get here a little early so I can hopefully welcome people as they arrive.

Sorry, I'm just a few minutes late. Had to run out and we decided since it was a party we would start it off at the pizza buffet so we stopped and had lunch. Brought the left over pizza for the party. Sorry we didn't get dressed up in our fancy duds though.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONY.

We didn't get ice cream at the pizza place as machine was broken so hope someone remembers the cake and ice cream for the party.

That's okay. I'm glad you're here and thank you for the birthday wishes. Pizza's one of my favorite foods so that was a perfect choice.

Howdy everyone! Thank you for coming to Sony's party!
Sony, should I have had everyone dress in black (mourning), or in pink?

Definitely pink for the ladies. It doesn't sound like the guys are going to dress up but at least they're willing to come. Why did you choose my birthday to take off the photo of you and me?

Lynn had mentioned she might bring a pineapple upside down cake. I brought what's left of the cake and ice cream that Joey sent yesterday. (Sorry. The cheesecake was all gone.)

Yes, but I won't be 35 for a long, long time.
BTW, we made sweet tea today especially for you, Santa. (It also happens to be my favorite, but that's beside the point).
