You could publish them yourself. But has anyone written the music for them? Because if someone else has put music to it, then you should consult with them first.
Also, if you're looking to get published for the first time, then check out some smaller publishing houses. The bigger ones are more likely not to even care about what you wrote, even if it's great music, because it wont be a proven comodity.
