Father, wrap Your big loving arms around RefinersMetal. Let them feel Your presence in and around them as they go throughout their day and night. Help them through this depression, knowing that it is only for a season. Let them find fellowship here in the CW forums, and I ask that you connect them to a brother or sister who can relate and speak words that touch their heart to help heal during this journey. Amen
RM ... there is a thread here that is for encouragement, including for those who suffer depression. Sometimes all it takes is a little time investing in reading others' stories as they go through their journey. I pray that you find someone that you can relate with, whose story clicks with you, and that you can find the encouragement you need.
Although I no longer suffer from depression, there are a couple verses that I found very useful. You are probably already familiar with them, but it's always well worth reading and saying ... and even more importantly, believing.
1 Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all our anxiety on Him, because He cares for us
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. - Phil 4:6
