LOLOLOL - oh, you have NO idea. Just ask John about last year when we'd catch even the tiniest hint of a flirt. Sharon was the flirt police. She had her "spies".

let it be noted that I wasn't the one flirting

I'm going to have to think on this one - I know that I do - but I'm wondering if they are really quirks, or just preferences of mine.

Now, if it's different things that I like that are not the norm, then DCI ranks right up there for me.

For the sake of the thread we will add that to the definition.

Okay, now I can really participate.

I will listen to the radio broadcast of a race via computer, while having the race on the TV, while also having a video running on the computer of a soccer game I want to watch.

And, I'll be IMing at the same time.

Multitasker extraordinaire even in your spare time.

LOLOLOL - oh, you have NO idea. Just ask John about last year when we'd catch even the tiniest hint of a flirt. Sharon was the flirt police. She had her "spies".

Where is she when we need her.....that is #3 on John's list....

#3
You believe that if you say anything often enough, others will believe it too.
Can you say "Flirt"?

For goodness sake, I'm 42 like I really need someone to tell me what a flirt is.
Your "Believers" are almost as vehlement as you are LOL.
I understand your reasoning behind it, valiant as it is, truth is truth. BTW I have not actually seen you flirt in a long time, but I do have to scrape together 3 more quirks so here is #3

I have a muppet as my avatar. What do you think?

(Rumor has it I do a reasonable impression of him, too. But there will never be any recorded evidence of such. )

I guess we'll have to hold out for the evidence then.

I not only like bagpipes, I like crumhorns and rebecs. And I love 16th century music played by a rock band.

Ditto on the bagpipes, rebecs, hurdy-gurdys (the real ones). What are crumhorns?

LOLOLOL - I thought I was the only one who did that! I start saying that I'll be my next age beginning around Sept when my birthday is in Feb. My mother hates it! I don't mind, because NO ONE believes my age.

The funny thing is, my husband was a literal engineer type. He could not handle the change in number until the acually moment of the change. In fact......He had to wake up the Little at 7:11am to wish her a happy birthday because it was the exact moment she was born. LOL We were so different in so many wonderful ways. LOL.

Awwww, that's too cute. I'm glad I'm a combination of the two. Guess that's why it's so hard to find someone who "gets" me.

This will show one of my quirks...John, did you notice you also typed "thing" instead of "think"? Typos stick out like a sore thumb to me. Can't help but notice.

Also, I don't eat anything that used to swim or live in the water. And when I eat meat, it HAS to be very well done. I mean the cow has to be good and dead - no pink whatsoever or I can't eat it. It grosses me out. (Fat/grissle grosses me out too.) Wow, I reckon I'm a pretty picky eater, huh?!

I know someone who is this was about eggs. They must be cooked until they are so dried out, they might as well be powdered. I couldn't eat eggs around her. "The yolks are soft??"

I'm picky. But not so much about meats.

I do have a few dietary quirks. Food CANNOT touch on the plate. I use lots of extra dishes.

When dining out, I must sit where I can see the entrance/exit. When driving, I release my seatbelt before coming to a complete stop. When being followed, I throw 'em off my trail. Old habits die hard.

Since you already said #4 I will add to it that you do not like (most)sauces.

LOL

I used to date a cop/PI guy ... yep, that was him. One time when we were first dating I sat in The Spot, and he was all nervous, and I was like "what's up??" and he had to explain it to me.

Yep

Let me see, I love pasta and I love cheese sauce, but mac cheese is

I don't like carrots on their own (unless I grow them myself) but I will eat them in things...

I love sweetcorn, but I won't eat it if it's been mixed with anything else...
