I don't know which album of Daft Punk's that would have assaulted you with the f-bomb. I've never been that big of a fan, the only album that really struck me as something special was Discovery. From what I can remember, that one was clean. It had One More Time, Digital Love...and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger which Kanye West sampled in his hit song Stronger on his last album. I'll go ahead and elaborate more on the ones I mentioned, so you don't have any more Daft Punk-like problems. MSTRKRFT are like Daft Punk, but certainly with no explicit lyrics. Chromeo's lyrics could almost be interpreted sexually, but they're actually just about dancing, taking the lead as a male while dancing. I Am the World Trade Center are fun electro pop that sounds like Blondie with techno beats, no explicit lyrics. Plastic Operator are the same, except they don't sound like Blondie. I think Justice are supposedly Christian, they're from France...who knows. They had a hit on MTV with D.A.N.C.E., that's an amazing video. I remember a year or two ago hearing their first EP, which had the single called Waters of Nazareth. But on that same EP, it had a remix that featured some profanity. If they're not Christian, they're heavily influenced by it. I'd recommend them the highest out of what I listed. I haven't listened to too much of Muscles, can't give you much advice there. The Rapture aren't explicit, from what I can remember...neither are The Long Blondes. The Gossip have become angry disco, she has a terrific voice and there are some great dance songs. LCD Soundsystem...I can't remember much about his lyrics...I can't remember much about Shy Child either. The Ting Tings are getting airplay on VH1, they also have a song on a recent IPod commercial. They're really fun, and don't have any explicit lyrics. I hope that helps a little more.
