Hi everyone. Sorry I have been absent. Been a pretty sick gal lately. Sinus infection, chest spasms and even a panic attack to add to the list. Spent most of last week in bed. I am some better today but kinda weak. Trying to go slow in order to not have a backset.

Oh dear Terri, back spasms are painful. My spasms seem to be bronchospasms or stress related. They get me when I cough and there is no pain. I hope this is not how our winter is going to go.

I hope these nasty little germs did not slip out into the PFY's! I usually share everything but in this case I would not want ANYONE to be this sick so will keep it to myself. Hubby is still okay so for that I am grateful. I need all the TLC I can get. [sm=popsigh.gif]
