I NEED to quit smoking.

I really need your prayers. I can't do this without God's help. I put my last cigarette out 30 minutes ago and I'm already regretting my decision to quit.

Please pray for me and for all who are attemptting to quit.

Perhaps it will help to think of a friend of mine, Kevin, who I met at church about a year ago--he was addicted to cigarettes and cocaine for several years. His sister had been begging him to come to church with her for ages and he finally came (that's when I met him). The next day he quit BOTH cigarettes and cocaine cold turkey! [:)]

Trust in the Lord; I know he will help you as He helped Kevin.

Lord I pray you will give denim the strength and fortitude to go forward without smoking.

I know its hard, Im sorry....Drink lots of water too, keeps something in your hand other than the cigs, it might help too, chew gum if ya have to!

Thank you. Today started off kind of rocky for me when I found out I couldn't go to church, but I'm doing better now. Thanks all for your prayers.

May she feel like is is strong and dedicated to winning against this addiction
