You didn't look mean, Kath. I just didn't want to give the impression that I'm a meanie for no reason. He's adapted very well to no sugar. No white bread or crackers was harder. It's not so bad. Later this month he'll have to go to a high fat, low carb diet (the Ketogenic diet) so I'll have to take away all bread, crackers, cereal, etc. That will probably mean no bread (white or wheat)/crackers/cereal/pizza around here for awhile. That will be hard, but hopefully it will get rid of the seizures before they get much harder. At least he's a picky eater so I can make things like pasta, rice, potatoes for the other boys. [8D] I'm kind of sulking around right now. It's a process. At first we were skeptical (its a scary diagnosis and I just didn't see it happening). Then we were upset. Now I think we're just going day by day. Some days are really great. Others are hard. The no sugar thing helps though. For someone of his diagnosis he has relatively light/fewer seizures. We're very blessed with that, decent health insurance, and a good neurologist.
