Father,

There are so many right now who are depressed and weary.
Perhaps loved ones have died recently.
Perhaps a marriage is failing.
Perhaps a job has been lost.
You know what the needs are and you have the remedy.
Lord, even as we prepare for Thanksgiving tomorrow, help us to remember those who are weary.
This time of year can be so very difficult for many, especially those who are alone.
I am asking that you lift them up, surround them with your love and grace.
Comfort them and let them see that you will not leave or forsake them.
Thank you for hearing and answering this prayer.

Lift up the weary hearts and spirits and renew them in You.
Encourage them, Lord, and carry them when they cannot walk.
Remain with them to the end as Your Word promises.

It just seems to me that there are so many Christians who are growing more weary by the day.
They are losing heart and need You, Father.
Please reach down and draw them into Your Eternal Arms and give them rest.
Help them, bless their lives, give them Your special peace.
Renew their energy and cover them with Your protection.

Father, you know the troubles we all face, from minor irritations to major difficulties. I ask that you fill your people with your strength, your courage, and your peace. Remind us that you are our Rock and our Fortress. Give us all that we need to overcome a weary heart. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen

Help those who are weary of heart to remember Psalm 91.

14 The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me.
I will protect those who trust in my name.
15 When they call on me, I will answer;
I will be with them in trouble.
I will rescue and honor them.
16 I will reward them with a long life
and give them my salvation.”

Lord, encourage those who are weary to claim these promises.

Father,

Darkness is trying to claim so many of Your children.
Protect them from the evil one and his twisted plans.
Lord, lift up the spiritually weary whose hearts are breaking with sadness and hopelessness.
Help them to hear Your voice more clearly and feel You holding them in Your Loving Arms.
Father, give them courage to go on and let them know that You have a wonderful plan for their lives.
Surround them with Your love and grace and beauty and sweetness.

I am praying for myself today, as well as all others who are weary.
Strengthen our faith in You, Lord.
Forgive us of our sins.
Restore us to a right relationship with You.
Lift us up when we stumble.
Comfort us in our grief and sadness.
Give us joy this season.
Help us remember Jesus Christ is the CENTER of everything.
Let us bring ourselves to His feet to worship and adore.

Thank you for these prayers, today I feel so weary and disheartened. No direct cause that I'm aware of, just tired and tired of being tired. I know God is able and I want so much to just trust but my mind goes so many different directions and it doesn't help that physically I have no strength.

I am asking You for a special blessing for DeeAnn.
Give her Your REST and Your PEACE.
Let her feel the assurance of Your LOVE and GRACE.
Help her keep her mind firmly on You and Your plan for her life.

Jesus,
It is in Your name that I pray for us weary ones. Please help us to remember what rewards were given to the few isrealites that actually made it into the promised land. Help us to remember that when we are grumbling against our lot in life, we are grumbling against You and all of Your blessings as well, and thus missing out on the joy we have in knowing You as our Savior and Father.
Thank You Lord, for the works You are about to do in our lives. Please consecrate us unto You.
