i forgot to weigh in this morning. Maybe tomorrow

I am up to 30 min runs. I will start increasing the last run to go up to 60 min until the time changes back and I won't be running in the dark.

I'm down 27 pounds so far. I'm up to exercising at least 60 min/day 6 days/week, and I switched to the core plan on Weight Watchers. I like it because I don't have to be hungry to lose weight.

I am still holding steady, and maybe slowly losing weight. Between work, school, and home there isn't a spare moment for exercise. I have been doing my usual low-carb diet though, and I'm on my feet 8 hours a day at work, which is why I am losing...

Did that effect your running though? I think I might have to do the low carb on the non running days.

You can't really do low-carb when running. You need some carbs in there, just make them smart carbs and in moderation. Whole wheats.

It's nearly dark by the time I get home from work. It's tough getting to walk around the block. I can't imagine if I were still running.

It depends on why one is low-carbing, I think. I do it because I *have* to due to Insulin Resistance, not so much as a method of weight loss. I might eat more carbs when running, but I don't make many more alterations. I do eat carbs though, they are just whole grains- Quinoa, bulgar, etc...

Our gym membership expired, and I've been pretty hit or miss with exercise. I was doing the P90X workout dvd's, but they're intermittent at best. We are planning to do more hiking since the weather is finally cooling down here.

Well, all my hopefulness yesterday didn't care me through the evening. I got home and the kids were cranky and then Kenna broke my brand new necklace and I got cranky. I'm such a stress eater, I let that one little thing send me to the bag of choclate like there was no tomorrow.

Today's a new day. I weighed in this morning and I'd put on 2.5 pounds but I'm choosing to focus on the fact that I'm still down a total of 10 pounds. Big picture, big picture, big picture!
