Just wondering if there's any recommendations for book with the bible stories...

I remember when I was a young boy my father read them to me but I can't recall for the life of me what it was called.. and I'd like to do the same because I think it helped me get the basics down.. =)

My wife and I are expecting October 20th..

Anyway.. any replies would be appreciated.

Grolier Books has Bible cards than come in packs that you receive monthly. They are called The Beginners Bible. Each card has a short 2 or 3 min. story and a couple of questions to answer. Our kids have enjoyed them for a few years now.

There is a Precious Moments bible story book that my sons love to read from.

My dad just bought Melody "The Children's Bible Story Book" it's more like a children's bible than it is a story book, it covers all the important stories in the Bible. As a matter of fact, I just read the first part of it to my 2 daughters a few minutes ago. From Creation to Adam and Eve's disobedience. And I'm hoping we can go and buy Jerrica one tomorrow. Oh! That reminds me...I need to make a post about it!
