Sometimes people do ck in after midnight but not tonight. I do night audit (paper work for the previous days business as well as preparing registration cards for those checking in the next day). And if anything comes up as an emergency someone is always here at this office. This is the East office near the Apple Barn. Our West office closes at midnight. I do paper work for both offices.

Ah ok, makes sense now. I just knew that everytime we have rented cabins in PF or G'burg they check in seemed to be before 11 or something like that

Some companies do not have anyone all night in their offices.
I am filling in for someone that is on vacation. Will work at West office on Thursday (3-12 midnight) because someone is taking a days vacation. Usually work just in reservations but if someone is off, here I am.

Just tallying up the days figures. Making sure everything balances. Sometimes easy, sometimes not. Run reports for supervisors that they need. Some nights are very busy, others are not. Preparing the paper work for the next days check ins. Prepare reports for housekeeping and maintenance so they know who is checking out and who is checking in. Hopefully some of this makes sense.

Yes, I understand. I worked second shift at the hotel, and heard them talk about the audit, but didn't really know what they did.

With all the new stuff coming to the area jobs should become available, but got to get those buildings built first. They are coming along pretty well at Belle Isle. Not sure when they are to have anything open. Gonna be pretty big stuff going on there.

Good night GP.
Belle Isle is near Belz Mall. Do you remember where the wooden roller coaster was? Right there. Gonna have a Debbie Reynolds Museum and a lot of other stuff. Restaurants, hotels, stores. Saw debbie's son interviewed the other day from there on one of the local TV stations.
