ORIGINAL: .Pammy Appropriateness is the key, for sure. I wear comfortable flats most of the week, but I like heels (not probably more than 2 inches) for church, concerts, and other nice occasions. I can feel the change in stance. Kimberly, you didn't wear heels when you were driving, did you? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm surprised nobody's mentioned toe cleavage yet. I love to try to show a little. [;)] yes, pammy...i have actually done that! lol the last day of our CDL training, our group of 4 students (2 men and 2 women) and 1 instructor all went for a 3 hr drive. we all took turns. well...the other woman and i had had the SAME idea that morning and both of us wore high heels (mine were 3-1/2" stillettos, of course). the men didn't think i could do it...but i did! and when i parked that big boy at the truck stop and got out to walk into the restaurant...a bunch of drivers that had been watching the student driver-plastered truck all started honkin their air horns. it was a riot!!!! (i curtsied and waved, of course [:)] ) Weird Al sings a song called "Driving a Truck" where its this really deep manly voice singing about driving his semi while wearing high heels. Pam, you now have that song stuck in my head every time I look at this thread. I hope you're satisfied. [8D]
