Oh, yes men notice pedicures and red nail polish.
I like to see men in polished shoes. To me, if a man will take the time to polish his shoes, he is somewhat of a neat and clean person (hygiene.)

I heard someone say that it hurts to be beautiful. Think about it. We pluck your eyebrows, or wax unwanted hair, pay lots of money to cut, color and style the head of hair, look in the mirror and cry if it don't look right, and wear shoes that hurt our feet and back.

I'm wearing shoes that people clap when I walk. My boss knows when I am approaching his office. Everyone else in the hall, as well know when it is me.

I've never had a pair of shoes that could hear, but I sure had shoes that I could hear (Squeak, squeak, squeak) And they were sneakers to boot! I couldn't sneak up on anyone with those.
