Ann Dunham was 18 when Obama was born – so she wouldn’t have met the requirement of five years after the age of 16 for Obama to be born a citizen. I know this all seems somewhat petty, but in reality... AND COW... I don't know why this isn't being brought to light in a more shinning fashion. The fact is that at the time Obama was born, the law clearly stated that any child born to a naturalized citizen had to be born after 10 years of naturalization and 5 years after the age of 16. Clearly Ann Dunham did not meet that requirement??? You all need to tell me why the constitution can't be followed. This starts to break down into all out anarchy before long. I mean we can just make up rules as we go along. The constitution is just an old piece of dried up paper that was written by a bunch of land stealin' Europeans... Right?

Incorrect. The law cannot contradict the 14th amendment. The only thing that can contradict the 14th amendment is another amendment or the SCOTUS.

To make a long story short BHO should have dealt with this sooner then he did. Based on what the Constitution says, based on the fact that for only 34 years was the law such that you could make a case for him not being a citizen I can't think of any court that would have ever ruled against him on this. As far as making the Constitution a "living document" the laws at the time it was written were pretty simple- if you were born in the US you were a citizen. The citizenship of your parents was moot. This came full circle after the Civil War when the 14th amendment was written.

Seriously, folks. Ann Dunham was born in Kansas and her son born in Hawaii. What's the problem?

That does not answer the proposition that Obama was a cloned child of George Soros and a suicide bomber female from Saudi Arabia!

Thanks

You're confusing him with Benny Hinn.
