Mrs. K has tried a new recipe a couple of times. You melt two large Hershey bars in a bowl in the microwave, then mix in a can of mixed nuts. Spread on wax paper on a cookie sheet and let harden.
I was having a major chocolate craving earlier . . . so I melted butter (real, unsalted) with some raw sugar and added a splash of coconut milk and some dark cocoa powder. When it was warm and thoroughly mixed together, I added raisins, raw, unsalted pistachios and raw coconut flakes. I let it cool a bit to thicken it, and then I ate it with a spoon.
It was very tasty. 
This is a new thing with me . . . I've only done it one other time and I think that was last week.

Was actually discussing that very thing with my supervisor today as she was telling me what weeks she will be gone. I can't be gone when she is gone. She is going to be gone near the time that you all had the meet and eat last year in the fall. But you never know what can happen.

Kerr, is that your name, Kerr? And are you a lawyer? And why is there a "1" at the end of your handle? Sorry you asked?

It's good to have another Sherlock Holmes fan around.
My last name is Kerr and I am a lawyer. I put the 1 after it when I signed up because I used that as a username in other places. I would like to drop the 1, but I heard horror stories about people who changed their handle and lost all their posts. If you or someone else can instruct me how to do it, I will drop the one.
Don't get too comfortable in this thread. Under the new rules chat threads (not in PFY) have to start anew monthly. So look for the newest version tomorrow.

Oh, that's sort of interesting. I was "PamelaSue", and I really wanted Pammy. But it said that "Pammy" wasn't available, but when I looked at the list of users, it wasn't there. Over in Singles (where I've been hanging out, although not as much lately as I used to), someone told me that may be because someone with that handle had been banned or something. Which I think is weird, I don't know why they wouldn't throw it back into the pool. Whatever.
Anyway, somebody else suggested using it with a character in front of it, which is what they did. So that's what I did! But you can call me Pammy, Pam, Pamela, yoohoo, heythere, pretty much anything, just not late for dinner! 'Kay?
