I"m coping well...today. I am getting more and more anxious for him to come home though, the better he gets the more ready I get!!

Work was good today...not too many "crazies". Animals are kind of freaking out at all this, poor Zoey spends the night at Granny's when we are gone, she misses us, but enjoys it too. The cats...they prefer to be left alone, but always sleep in our bed the first night we are back. Klays work is okay, hes been getting behind, but doing alot of stuff remotely and taking calls on the road. Umm..you can ask more questions if you want.

Tonights weight......

3lb 12oz!!!!

Edited due to typo in weight...boy and I tired...

My animals would freak out if we were gone all the time too. We would have to keep our dogs with my parents and have to get someone to check on our cats every couple days. I am glad that work is going well for you. Is this a busy time of year usually? Klay's lucky that he has a flexible job like that!

Almost 4 pounds!!! Wow! That kid is not wasting any time.

I hope it doesn't pour rain for you guys. I don't mind rain as long as I can still see where I am driving. It's rainy here too today and I am cold!!!

Well its raining pretty bad, we are getting whats left of Hurricane Gustav.
My SIL comes by to check the cats everyday when we are gone.
Its a pretty slow time of year actually, work wise. It will pick back up again after the first of the year. People arent doing too much insurance wise since they are 1) recovering from spending too much on summer vacation, 2) kids going back to school, and 3) saving for Holiday spending.

No more heart rate drops since yesterday afternoon.
Feedings are being given over 30 minutes (instead of an hour) which is a step closer to coming home
Head ultrtasound showed his grade II bleed was "benign" which according to the nurse is "very good" and the doctor said "things should be okay" Follow up on 9/16.

Your SIL is cool! I like her and I don't even know her. I was thinking that work might be crazy busy for you guys from the hurricanes. You know... people who make claims when nothing is wrong. The crazy people!

Yay for no heart rate drops for a full day! That is cool about the feedings. Woooohooo for him being one more step to coming home!!!! Praise God! I am so glad to hear that his brain bleed is benign now! I am so glad that the nurses and doctors are taking such good care of your baby boy.

I know I've been mega absent lately, but I just had to come on and say that I am thrilled about this news! You've been in my prayers since I saw your posts on Myspace, but I didn't have the chance to say anything.

You guys will continue to be in my prayers!
