How about:
What's your favorite movie, Yes or no?
What would you do if your home, and everything non-living in it, burned to the ground? (Do not ask this while playing with your lighter. They NEVER get the joke)
Have you ever been arrested? Would you like to be?

OK, then. How about:
What do you think about "George" as a baby name?
Did you hear that? (look around paranoically)
If you had to choose one or the other, would you rather be deaf or blind. Why? (This will help you determine if they are sight or sound oriented. It's far easier to sneak up on the sight oriented folks!)
Do you think it's just a coincidence that the difference between Obama and Osama is just a little b and s?

I think I tend to make people uncomfortable enough without asking weird questions :)
Though it is kinda fun to think about - he he.
I did have a guy ask me what I thought of a baby name on a first date. Talk about red flags! For one - lets talk about marriage first, and two - not on the first date!
I wouldn't recommend the psychoanalytical questions on a first date either - like where they have you imagine a scenario ("You're in the desert, what does the sky look like?") and then analyze your answers. *shudder* Fun with someone you know - creepy on a first date.

Here's another one never to ask your first date.
I'm trying to picture what you'd look like pregnant. Would you mind tucking this couch pillow under your shirt?

In fact, substitute any word for pregnant and it's still a bad question.
How about; "Tell me about your family?"
as opposed to "Is it true that your dad is in prison and your mom works on her back?" (would have been asked of someone who's dad was a prison gaurd and whose mom was an auto mechanic)

I think most guys do that to one extent or another. I've found that looking ather mother and father is a better guideline though. If her folks (in particular her mom) both look OK then she's very likely to look OK.
But saying this on a first date?
"Would you mind if I checked out your mother first?"
I don't think so.
