You won't hear every group you've ever heard of, but you should be able to hear every group that is there...if you can be in a couple of places at once! :o)

I figured I wouldn't be able to hear every group that I've ever heard of but it is a nice wish!

Don't know if they will pay any attention our e-mails or not, but I've already sent one and did get a response from them.

I emailed them about purchasing tickets and mentioned this and the 2008 thread had several good comments that they might want to read...I got a response back very quickly considering all the power outage in that area.

NQC offices are now open. They have been without power for the past several days due to the storm. They report that they now can take ticket orders for 2009.

You can order tickets on line. Their seating chart shows what seats are left and you can select the seat you want.

I was looking at the seating charts and the seats available...a bit confusing to me. I'm trying to figure out which are the best seats that are available. Any help from those who've attended will be greatly appreciated. I don't want to order and find out I'm in the nose bleeds!!!

Nose bleed is the 300 section anywhere in the auditorium. Double numbers are floor seats. 100 section is usually the best section. Try to get in 133-135 or 111-113. You will probably have trouble with these sections Thur - Sat as many of these seats are reserved by Travel Services bringing bus loads there. 200 Section is good but you have to go upstairs to get to the seats. 101-142-144----122-123-124 is pretty good if you get the lower letters say A - K rows.

Sometimes you're better to wait until late March or April to see what is available. Season pass holders don't have to pay for their tickets until late February. There are always a lot that don't renew their season tickets and they put them back in the system then.

I'm getting in OK for Thursday. At what point did you have a problem? Click on tickets and seating and then click here to order tickets. You should've gotten a single line that says NQC 2009 evening concertgs. Did you get that far?

Yeah, I got that far and I even clicked for the tickets price that I wanted but no seating chart ever came up. It could be because I still have the archaic dial-up modem connection for the internet too.

I just went through and was able to get in okay...Earlier I ordered Thurs.-Fri. tickets. Will have to wait a few weeks to make accomodation reservations...most sites won't let you out further than 50 weeks...besides after the first of the year might be able to find better deals.

I am now on the page to select my seats and I get nothing but a blank chart with tiny yellow squares.

Oh, this is for the Sunday night concert too.

You really don't need to check on a ticket price. You need to click on an available seat - choose one of the ones that have an empty square in the middle of the colored box. It's not really user-friendly with any explanations!!

Ain't that the truth!!! Trying to figure out what seats you're getting can almost require a rocket scientist degree!!! I hope I got what I think I ordered.

I found that it's helpful to have two browser windows open - one with the seating chart of the whole auditorium and then the one to choose tickets. You can sort of tell where the seats are by comparing the shape of the sections.

That's what I did and then I got distracted and didn't print off the order number so now I don't know how to go back and check on what I ordered!
If I can check....

The Sunday night concert is general admission, so you don't need to choose a seat.

I don't think you can check your order. But you should get an e-mail confirming what you bought.
