... like I was already ready for work, so I wouldn't have to go and take a shower, put on my uniform, pack my suitcase and risk my life on the road (it being weekend and all the Gulf region seems to be gathered on this tiny island)... but on the bright side... I'm going to Frankfurt and the parents are coming :-D

... alone. Some days I love being at home on the weekends by myself, but it just seems this week has been harder than usual, especially at work. I get so caught-up in handling crisis after crisis and taking care of everyone else that I don't take care of me. I have to block off a great deal of time this weekend to work on two projects and do not have time to go out, as much as I desperately want to. This has been a tough semester for me and I'm glad it's almost over.

Awesome!
I'm reading "The Shack" right now. It is an amazing book and I've been convicted on a few things from reading it. Last night as I lay in bed after reading I was conversing with the Lord and the enemy snuck in trying to remind me that once again I am going to bed alone. Immediately I thought "No I'm not!" and realized that if there were someone there it would probably have been a distraction from the great conversation He and I were having. That led to the realization that were I not single right now, I probably would not be growing in my relationship with Him as much as I am now.
So now I guess I'm really starting to 'get it' that He has me here so he can do some amazing work in me. Bring it on!

Overwhelmed. My exam is only 3 days away...
and lonely....it's raining here and rain always make me feel lonely. I wish it would snow soon, lol.

I miss my 2 nieces. My brother and his wife arenn't saved. But I always tell my oldest niece that "Jesus Loves Me" is her song because Jesus DOES love her. After several times of doing that she would ask for "her song". She actually had asked her mom & dad to sing her song to her and they had no clue what she was talking about. 
I'm praying for ya.
