Actually the "gospel" that is preached and is to be preached
is the blood of the Lamb washing away the sins.
Revelation tells us that we overcome by the "Blood of the Lamb"
and the "word of our testimony." That testimony has to be the
blood of the Lamb.
There is no other way to enter the Kingdom or overcome darkness.

Oi, I just had four hours worth of my life raptured away. -__- After a while I just started skimming and only stopped at the parts that looked interesting, then I got to the bottom and saw 'NEXT'. X____X I scrolled down the next page then just gave up.
Where are those Tuesday night services being held? I'm afraid I work that night and if it's too far away I won't make it. I'm guessing I won't be going to heaven either.

Uhm...
I have not wasted my time with even opening that link, let alone read it. From what I have read in the posts here... It is a shocker! To say the least.
Folks, I do not mean to be a spoil sport, but we need to take note that we are talking about souls. If they are falsely prophecying then... I can not judge, but... We should just be careful of turning a joke into a mock. These peoples souls could be lost. We should not laugh, we should cry. We should go down on our knees and pray that the Lord will open their eyes and show them the truth.
The ONLY way we will know what is going to happen and when (yes when!!!) is by reading the Word of God. He has given us all we need in it. We should be careful of just believing what anybody has to say, we must check what is said against the Word. This is the ONLY way we will know for sure that it is from God and not man.
I do not believe that the rapture could happen yet, as I do not believe that all the prophesies has been fulfilled as yet. However, I do feel that we are living in the End Times and that something is about to happen (please note, I said feel and we can not go according to our feelings either). Like a preacher I once listened to said, "The Lord's coming is on 30 September 2008, either before or after".

I had the strangest experience last night.
I was in bed alright, and all of a sudden I was lifted up by a great light.
Then I hit the ceiling. The light flickered and went out. I fell back to bed.
Did I miss something?

We have been living in the end times since Jesus Ascended. So people saying they believe we are living in the end times does real mean much to me. Something is always about to happen. Are we going to look at every major even and try to say this was prophesied in scripture? Which some actually do. As for the Preacher what he is doing isn't prophesying. That is just guessing. Anyone can be right saying something like that. Obviously if He doesn't come back tomorrow he is still gonna be right because when He does return it will be after 9/30/08.

Good for you. The Bible is the only writing we need to be on the straight and narrow.

This "joke" is the mockery because souls are at stake.
We are to pray that the Lord of the Harvest will send laborers.

These doctrines of men are not biblical.
Paul asks why we follow "another gospel" which is "not another" but "a perversion" of the GOSPEL.
Galatians chapter one.

This is a very safe bet since the Bible only teaches Resurrection.
All rapture theories are just that, "theories."

ROFL. Yes, and, No.
It means I'm one of those that doesn't buy into all the hype of the last 50 years.
Although, I have to admit, I used to. But, when you examine every end time verse
in the OT and NT, you realize that the Bible does NOT teach rapture. Pre, Mid, or Post.
It teaches Resurrection. Eternal life to the believer. And the second death to the unbeliever.
You have to learn to read the Bible for "what it says," and not "what we read INTO it."
If there's NO rapture, there's nothing to be "Left Behind" from.
Our mid week service is always Tuesday night, so I was playing
on the fact the prophecy is Monday and we'll still be here to have our service.
Thanks to those who rsvp'ed. LOL.
We're in NE Oklahoma, so distance is a big factor.
This date-setting should be the one to end them all,
but they will continue as they always have.
Even in the LINK they say that if this isn't it, then it will be . . . .
And we're to believe they "hear from God?" and "know their scriptures?"
I would write a book and disprove them and get rich like they do,
but it's already been written, and every one has one or more in their homes.
I have 30 or so copies of the Bible myself. LOL.
