I started to post this the other day.

In my area, central western Ohio, houses list for any where from 30K to 500K. It all depends on location and size. In the city I live in a 30K house would likely be in the least pleasant part of town.

I have looked at houses listed for 160K with huge lots (5 acres) and others listed for 160 that were 1500 square feet on 1/3 acre. So it really depends on where the house sits.

If my house were 4-5 miles north of where it is, it would list for about double what it is now. 1-2 miles west and it would be worth 75% of what it is.
