Somewhere up in the northern part of Michigan. Some cabin on a river, or maybe Mackinaw Island

I want to go to Colorado, because I want to get married in the early part of the winter and I would love to go when it is all snowy and beautiful! Skiing is fun and I just love the snow!!!

I'd go....wherever my groom wanted to go. I'm not going on the honeymoon for the scenery. But my only stipulation was that it would not be near home or family.

I've honestly not thought about where I'd like to go - guess it depends on who I marry and what he likes to do. If I had MY preference, it'd be HERE.

LIsa, just like you, I don't think I've given much thought to the marriage ceremony, or honeymoon lovations, though I have given a lot of thought to baing married. I guess these things aren't that important to me as long as I'm with the right person. But if I were to pick a place, it'd be here

I was there this summer, and I have to tell you, it's a little piece of paradise. Your location of choice is something I've always wanted to visit. That was actually one of the places I had in mind for my summer vacation this past summer, but I couldn't fit it into my budget.

No, I meant I was in Whistler this summer, but considered a Macedonian tour prior to deciding on Whistler. I was looking into the Greece/Turkey tour...I'm not sure if that's anywhere close to the place that you wanted to go to. Well, hope you get to go soon.

Maybe I can convince the future husband (if one exists) to go there.

Honestly, in addition to what I already posted, either Colorado or Hawaii would work for me.

Yep, I think it would most definitely be high on my list of places to go while on a honeymoon. I've never been there, but one of my fav movies was filmed there - and it's breathtaking.

ORIGINAL: humbleinspirit Either Niagra Falls or The Hoover Dam in Las Vegas. Maybe San Francisco. I have been to the Hoover Dam many times Mike. It is cool to see, but definitely not honeymoonish. The surrounding area is pretty desolete. The Grand Canyon is not to far away though if you like that kind of thing.

I know a number of people who would love to visit New England, but my gut reaction would be is why?
