Dear Lord, we are praying to You to hear the our cries for the strengthening of all the marriages in our families, in our communities, and in our world. We are praying for harmony within these families and for the presence of the Holy Spirit in each of these marriages, for Your intervention to strengthen them and to restore/reconcile the marriages that need to be restored and that Your will be done in each of their lives. Amen!


Lord, you designed marriages to be a beautiful covenant of love, understanding, and kindness. Help us, oh Lord!!!!!


O dear Holy Spirit, divine Counselor! I adore you as my True God. I bless You by uniting myself to the praises You receive from the angels and saints. I offer You my whole heart, and I render You heartfelt thanks for all the benefits You have bestowed and do unceasingly bestow upon the world. You are the author of all supernatural gifts. I beseech You to visit me by Your grace and Your love and grant us the favors I so earnestly seek in this novena for the the strengthening of marriages. O Holy Spirit, Spirit of truth, come into our hearts: shed the brightness of Your light on all nations, that they may be of one faith and pleasing to You. Amen.

Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love!!

Heavenly Father, You have called us to be a member of the holy body of Your Son, Jesus Christ, and to be a temple of the Holy Spirit. We ask You to give us these gifts of the Holy Spirit: wisdom, that we may understand the follies of this world; understanding, that we may grasp more fully the meaning of our existence and the purpose of all things in the world; counsel, that we may always choose the proper way; fortitude, that we may remain faithful to You under the pressure of temptation.; piety, that we may revere You in all we do, think or say; fear of the Lord, that should the motive of love fail us, we may quickly be awakened to the eternal consequences of our deeds. Visit us by Your grace and Your love and grant us the favors we so earnestly seek in this novena for the strengthening of marriages. Look with compassion upon us, O Holy Spirit, and grant us the favor we seek in accordance with your Holy will.


Jesus said, "Believe me if you trust and do not falter and you say to this mountain 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea' even that will happen. You will receive all that you have prayed for as long as you have faith.

Lord, I specifically lift up the marriages of Chris and Rog, Drew and Laura, and Kathy and Joe, along with my own precious marriage to Bob.

Please add your own special marriages that you want to pray for!

Oh Lord,

You know the lady that stopped me last night and poured her heart out. Father, she trusted me with details, and I told her she could trust YOU, if she drops offense, and has NO record of wrongs. I told her it was for her sake, and the sake of her husband and dear family of five.

Lord, please mend these broken hearts, and bring a renewed covenant, Lord.

I am counting on you.

I reminded her that You are trustworthy and faithful, if she follows Your own dear Word.

Lord work in marriages. Where there is discord bring your peace. Draw couples to you.

I especially pray for couples who follow you, in countries whereby there is perscection. Lord I heard a story in which a man became a christian but did not tell his wife out of fear that she would hand him over to the authorities. When this man retired (he could not live without his wife knowing, as YOU meant so much to him) he told his wife and she had tears of joy in her eyes as she was "saved" too.

Help these followers of yours to BODLY tell there husbands/wives that you reign supreme in there heart. Be in the marriage of everyone on this site, by your mercy and free-flowing grace.

Father, I lift up my dear friend's kathy and joe, and their marriage, which takes an enormous back seat and has for years because of their dedication to Sean. Lord, bless them with great love and kindness and acceptance toward each other.
