I need prayer. I had a boyfriend living with me and on 7-28-08 we got into a huge fight, drinking was involved. I ended up calling 911 because he was screaming at me and squeezing my face. He tried to take phone from me so i couldnt call 911. I'm really stressed out about this. I still do love him but he was arrested for A&B and inimidation of a witness (myself). He has no where to live. I would like prayer for him too so that he may find a place to live and a place for God. I need to stop stressing about him and just think about God, but it is hard to do. Please pray for us. thank you

Father, I lift up mopey63 to You. Father, help her to look forward in You. Abuse isn't love Lord. Bring mopey63 to a safe place in her life. Into a relationship in Your time that is save and loving. Draw this boyfriend to Yourself also Lord, for salvation, and that he might grow in Your love. Thank You Father for all that You do and will do. In Jesus precious name. Amen

Father God,
Blessed be Your name. Help us to live lives pleasing to You, to step out of our comfort zones when You convict us it is necessary. Help lead us from temptation when we finally see Your providence. Be with Moe as she evaluates her life and how she would live it for You. Be with her friend, arrested- help him to realize alcohol and anger do not mix, and do not add to solving problems. Bring healing and discernment to this situation, God, that these two decide how best to live to glorify You in truth.

Hey. My dad has done the same exact thing. So I know where you are coming from.
This isn't necessarily going to be a prayer...but a word of encouragement. When you pray, ask for God to give you the words to speak to your boyfriend. Your God loves you so much. He wants the best for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. What you are going through right now, you don't deserve it. It doesn't matter what you did or didn't do, no one deserves that.
I know often times we forget that God loves us. We tend to let the bad in this world get the best of us. But there's a scripture that always speaks to me. It's Psalm 107:43 "It's time you appreciated God's deep love." God love is so deep, it's indescribable. But we need to recognize that his love is deep, we need to know that he loves us SO much.
God is going to be there. Seek him. Pray to God and ask him to give you the words to say to your boyfriend. The Holy Spirit does that. The Holy Spirit will give us the words to say.
God loves you SO much. I can't even describe it.

Lord, I pray for protection over mopey63, please keep her safe Lord. Find another place for this man to live, keep him away from mopey for the time being that he will not hurt her anymore. Bring him close to you Lord and open his eyes and heart to you Lord. Lord, please calm mopey that she will not stress over this, that it is in your hands now Lord. Keep her focused on you Lord, you who will not hurt her. You love her so much Lord, she is loved by us here and we care about her and what happens to her. Bring someone into her life that will love her so deeply and keep her safe Lord, someone who will put her first....
I am praying for you mopey!!

Dear Moe, God bless you in your situation - BUT - you either marry, or split and stop living together. Living together outside of marriage is a sin. It's no use to pray for your boyfriend and ask God make him better so you'd continue doing sin together.
Again, God bless you as you seek Him and remain His Word.

Moe- I am still praying for you. I pray that your boyfriend opens his heart and his eyes and give his life to the Lord. I pray that the Lord just takes over here and that he finds help with his issues. I pray that he surrenders everything to the Lord and starts living right...

Please God, I continue to pray for mopey63 and her boyrfiend. May the two of them please find peace, either together or apart from one another. May they both be able to discover whether they are meant to be together or not, but most importantly, may they never hurt each other, again.
Lord, please look down upon mopey63's boyfriend. Forgive him for hurting her, and help him to learn to controll himself better so that he does not make this mistake again. I pray that he has found a place to live and that both he and mopey63 can salvage their relationship in some form or another. Please grant strength and mercy to mopey63 so that she may never have to endure such a terrible and frightening experience such as this ever again at anyone's hands.
Lord, we all sin and we all hurt one another at one time or another in our lives. We are unworthy of your love, but you continue to love us all the same. Please let us learn to do the same to one another, even after they hurt us. Do that especially in the case of mopey63 and her boyfriend, whether they continue their relationship or not, and help them to forgive one another for their transgressions. I humbly ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer.
